NOT IN RIC

[CONFIRMATION]. RIC correctly describes LONDINIUM 210 as having bust type L (bust l., laur., cuir.), but in footnote 6 on p. 136 Sutherland mentions: "A worn coin: the obv is possibly laur., wearing imperial mantle". In fact, three variants exist: a) laur., in mantle (listed here as LONDINIUM [after 210]; listed also in Huvelin as no. 104b); b) laur., cuir. (LONDINIUM 210, listed in Huvelin as no. 104); c) laur., elaborate cuirass, resembling drapery/mantle (LONDINIUM 210, listed in Huvelin as no. 104a).

Note that in Huvelin variant b) is described as cuirassed and variants a) and c) are described as draped and cuirassed (see p. 41; "buste lauré, drapé, cuirassé à gauche"). See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 134.

Listed in Cloke-Toone (7.05.008) as cuirassed.
