UNLISTED ISSUE. RIC erroneously lists this issue as HERACLEA 50; only officina A recorded (p. 547). Pierre Bastien in his article ["Coins with a Double Effigy Issued by Licinius at Nicomedia, Cyzicus, and Antioch", Numismatic Chronicle 1973, pp. 87-97, plate 5-6] suggested correct attribution and recorded specimens for eight officinae. His description of the obverse is slightly different: "laureate bust r. with cuirass and paludamentum, three-quarter front view, of Licinius, and laureate bust l., with cuirass and paludamentum, three-quarter front view, of Licinius II. The Emperors hold a trophy, with cuirass, helmet, and two shields" (p. 91). Issue was minted probably in 318 and should be listed before ANTIOCH 34.
