REVERSE	GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers, helmeted, stg. front, looking at each other; each holds spear and rests hand on shield; between them, two standards. Crescent between standards. SCONST in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED BUST TYPE - B5. Not attested for obv. legend 8 (p. 272). Listed in Ferrando (p. 239, no. 1096). Note that Ferrando lists also ARLES 355 with bust type B4 (p. 236, no. 1070; not fully illustrated). However, the present author has never seen this type and this unlisted variety is quite common, so misprint in RIC is still possible. Coin should be listed after ARLES 355.
