REVERSE

PROVIDEN-TIAECAESS [PROVIDENTIAE CAESS]; camp gate, two turrets, no doors, star above, varying number of stone layers. T crescent [Q? T?] in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE [B3]. Not attested for obv. legend 7 (p. 386). Mintmark uncertain: the last letter should be "T", but it looks like "Q". Note also a very light weight. Probably an ancient imitation.

NOTES

Weight 2.06 g; diameter 17 mm. Coin sold on eBay in November 2013 for USD 26.50 [Thanks to the collaboration of Paweł Kubiczek].
