UNLISTED OFFICINA - Z. RIC lists for this rare issue officinae A, B, Γ, ς and H (p. 640). In footnotes 2 on p. 639 and 2 on p. 640 Sutherland mentions that also varieties without crescent exist (officinae ς and H), but they probably belong to a separate group. However, all these officinae (except of ς with crescent) are listed with remark "Confirmation needed" (footnotes 1 and 2 on p. 640). See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 639-640.
