NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this extremely rare issue only for Maximian Herculius and Galerius Maximian (p. 247). But note that it could be an engraver's error: PL instead of LP or missing 'G' in PLG and therefore LUGDUNUM 65 or LUGDUNUM 129a. Otherwise, coin should be listed before LUGDUNUM 69.
