UNLISTED FOR RULER, REVERSE VARIETY. RIC lists this issue for Galerius and two Caesars: Maximinus and Constantine (p. 563). However, general note from p. 550 states that: "The two Augusti and their juniors share a small and scarce emission of Virtuti Exercitus CMH, with officinae similarly allotted".

Specimen similar to unlisted NICOMEDIA [after 59] except for Virtus [actually Mars] holding only transverse spear and trophy (no shield). For types of rev. see also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 563. Coin should be listed after NICOMEDIA 59.
