UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue for Constantius, Galerius Maximian, Severus and Maximinus (p. 365) and dated it to c. 305 (p. 264). General note from p. 337: "The folles of this issue continue the Sac Mon... reverse of Group I (ix) above: P and S are used for the Augusti, T and Q (so far as can be judged) for the Caesars. Constantius has a longer and a shorter form of obv. legend. These coins are all scarce or rare". The presence of Constantine's coin suggests the later date and transition between Group II and III. Coin shoule be listed after ROMA 124.
