CONSTANTI-NVSMAXAVG [CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG]; bust r., rosette-diadem, dr., cuir.

REVERSE

TRIVMFV-SAVGVSTI [TRIVMFVS AVGVSTI]; Victory stg. facing, head r., holding wreath in r. hand, globe in l., in frontal quadriga with two horses at each side. CONS in exergue.

UNLISTED ISSUE. Unique reverse not attested in RIC. Minted probably c. 333-337 together with a series of gold medallions of 1½ solidi struck for Constantine I and his sons. Not listed in Gnecchi II. Should be listed in RIC before CONSTANTINOPLE 137.
