REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers stg. facing one another, holding reversed spear and resting hand on shield; between them one standard inscribed with a chi-rho. *PLG in exergue.

UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue for Constantine I, Constantine II and Constantius II (p. 141). Listed in Bastien Lyon (318-337) (p. 186, no. 274), but not illustrated and with note: "Pas d'exemplaire retrouvé". Two examples listed and shown in Bastien Lyon - supplément I (p. 53, no. 274). Should be listed in RIC after LYONS 282.
