REVERSE	PIETASAVGVSTINOSTRI [PIETAS AVGVSTI NOSTRI]; Emperor in military dress stg. l., holding sceptre in l. hand, assisting kneeling turreted Constantinople (Byzantium), r. breast bare, presented by Roma (or Virtus) also with bare r. breast and holding shield; Emperor crowned by Victory with palm branch stg. behind him. TS in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED ISSUE. Not attested in RIC for Thessalonica but cf. TRIER 569-570 and NICOMEDIA 162-163, 165-168. Not listed in Depeyrot in "Les médaillons" section. Coin should be listed before THESSALONICA 189.
