REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXER[C]-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers, helmeted, stg. front, looking at each other; each holding spear and rests hand on shield; between them two standards. TRS* in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE - B4. Not attested for obv. legend 1 (p. 217). But cf. TRIER 538. See also footnote 544 on p. 217: "Varying diadems in off. P: laurel wreath with forehead rosette, rosette diadems with large pellets or with forehead rosette, leaves and pellets, or ordinary rosette diadem. One V[ienna], off. S, plain diadem with rosette." See example of TRIER 544 with laurel wreath with forehead rosette. Coin should be listed after TRIER 544.
